Arlene Lucas teaches Kundalini Yoga and meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and Hatha Yoga, with a strong emphasis on spirituality. Arlene teaches workshops and classes in various Long Island locations. You can join her for classes and retreats at her home studio in Sag Harbor. Private lessons are also available in your home. At this time, all classes are being scheduled by appointment.
