Gentle-Restorative Yoga

A well suited class for seniors, although anyone can benefit from this class. Take a weekly vacation from your usual routine and journey into tranquility and well-being. This practice is ideal for anyone who wants a gentle form of exercise to gain flexibility and strength, but needs a little encouragement and guidance. Learn proper posture, breathing , deep relaxation and meditation techniques while melting away physical and mental tension. Guaranteed to leave class rejuvenated.
