All Levels Yoga: Kundalini Yoga

Classes open to men and women regardless of ability or fitness level. Kundalini Yoga has been taught for thousands of years, and revealed to the West in recent decades by the master Yogi Bhajan. It is a sacred science. It is surprisingly simple to learn and when practiced regularly, it can strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system and harness the energy of not only our bodies, but of our minds and emotions.

All Levels Yoga: Hatha Yoga

Classes open to men and women regardless of ability or fitness level. The teacher will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge for more advanced students. Classes include a variety of Hatha styles. The Hatha forms practiced vary between the traditions of Kripalu and Vinyasa Flow.

All Levels Yoga: Hatha~Vinyasa style

This class is open to men and women regardless of ability or fitness level. The teacher will will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge for more advanced students. The vinyasa class sequences all the classic yoga postures into a moderate paced flow. The attention to steady movement and continuous guidance in yoga breathing makes the vinyasa class slightly different than the hatha classes.

All Levels Yoga: Yoga Light

This class is open to men and women regardless of ability or fitness level. The teacher will will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge for more advanced students. The easy to follow inspiring yoga routines in this class release all the tension of the day. After tapping into your strength from the core of your muscles and finishing off with relaxation that leaves you ready for a truly restful sleep.
