Every student must bring a signed Release Form on the first day of class.

This class is open to men and women regardless of ability or fitness level. The teacher will will modify postures for beginners and increase the challenge for more advanced students. The easy to follow inspiring yoga routines in this class release all the tension of the day. After tapping into your strength from the core of your muscles and finishing off with relaxation that leaves you ready for a truly restful sleep.
